Our Heritage:

Calvary Church in Longmont is a growing, evangelical church, with a 50 year history of solid ministry in the community. They have had an ever-increasing number of families coming to their church from southwest Weld County, including the towns of Firestone, Frederick, Dacono and Erie. The church prayerfully determined to plant a church in this rapidly growing area. In partnership with the Rocky Mountain CBA, an association of churches committed to the fulfillment of the Great Commission, Warren Johnson was brought on staff January 1, 2005, as Church Planting Pastor and team leader for this new church. Various small group activities began in March, designed to build the core group of the new church and prepare for the launch of public ministry on October 2, 2005.
